Q. Can I order for a specific date?
A. Yes, if at least seven (7) days notice is given, Advantage Health Care, can in most cases, arrange specific dates to meet your requirements. Please remember to outline this date in your special delivery instructions.
Q. What happens if the recipient misses the delivery?
A. For Australian orders, delivery will be as per normal Australia Post delivery. For items which are insured, the delivery person will endeavour to obtain a signature of receipt. If not possible, the item can be redelivered; however, a second delivery charge will apply.
Q. Can I order by phone or fax?
A. We encourage you to order in whatever method you feel comfortable. Please ensure that you always receive confirmation of your order to avoid disappointment.
Q. How do I know that my order has been received?
A. After ordering you will receive an email confirming your order from Advantage Health Care.
