Tips for selection of appropriate size

◊ If you are in between 2 sizes, we recommend the smaller size.
◊ If you are tall (over 5' 6" or over 165 cm), and bordering on two sizes, we recommend the larger size.
◊ If you are pregnant or expecting, your body shape may be changing but your size doesn't.
    Select your size according to your weight before pregnancy.

How to read the chart above

If we consider a person who is 163cm (5ft 4in) tall and weighs 60kg (130lbs), then we select the appropriate size as follows:
1) We find the corresponding height on the column at the left of the table (Height in ft & ins or in cm). In this case, 163cm (5ft 4in) is a height between 160
     and 165 cm.
2) We look for the corresponding weight in kg or lbs on the top of the table (Weight in kg or lbs). In this case we consider the box that reaches up to 60kg
     (130lbs).
3) The appropriate size is found at the intersection between the column that corresponds to weight and the line that corresponds to height. In this example,
     the size is M (medium).
