The Aquaflex Kit is designed to strengthen the pelvic floor with resistance exercise in a gradual and measured way by using cones and progressive weights:
- 1 x 5g
- 1 x 10g
- 2 x 20g
The kit comes with a carry case and a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist instruction manual to help with home training.
